تُقدم Jalwa Works كتجربة تشغيل موجهة لقطاع المقاولات، وتشمل تحديثات الموقع، تقدم بنود BOQ، متابعة الموردين، سجلات المستخلصات الداخلية، التقارير، أدوار الحساب، وخدمات التنفيذ والدعم. ولا يتم تقديمها كمنصة SaaS إنتاجية مفتوحة بالكامل إلا بعد إغلاق بوابات الإطلاق الموثقة أو قبولها لعميل محدد.

حدود مهمة

• Jalwa Works v1 ليست مزود خدمات دفع ولا تعالج أو تخزن بيانات البطاقات بنفسها.
• يمكن استخدام صفحة دفع آمنة لتحصيل رسوم اشتراك Jalwa Works فقط. مدفوعات المشاريع بين العملاء والموردين، الاستردادات المرتبطة بها، والنزاعات التجارية بينهم تبقى خارج هذا المسار.
• سجلات المستخلصات والفواتير الداخلية ليست فواتير ضريبية معتمدة من زاتكا أو فاتورة.
• الفوترة الإلكترونية الإنتاجية المتوافقة مع زاتكا تتطلب مزودًا معتمدًا أو تكامل فاتورة ومراجعة قانونية وضريبية.
• التقاط واتساب يُعد دليل سير عمل، ما لم يتم تفعيل مرسل WhatsApp Business API رسمي وقوالب وموافقات معتمدة.
• حزم الموردين والامتثال هي قوائم تشغيل ومراجعة، وليست تحققًا حكوميًا أو رأيًا قانونيًا.

مسؤوليات العميل

• تأكيد المستخدمين المصرح لهم بالوصول إلى كل شركة ومشروع ومورد ووحدة مالية وتقرير.
• مراجعة معالجة البيانات، الخصوصية، دخول الدعم، النسخ الاحتياطي، الاستعادة، الاحتفاظ، والحذف قبل إدخال بيانات إنتاجية.
• مراجعة ضريبة القيمة المضافة، زاتكا، الدفع، المشتريات، العمالة، والتزامات عقود المقاولات مع مستشارين مؤهلين.
• الاحتفاظ بالعقود الأصلية، الفواتير المعتمدة، السجلات الضريبية، والمراسلات الرسمية في نظام العميل المعتمد إلى حين اعتماد التكاملات الإنتاجية.

التنفيذ والدعم

يمكن تقديم Jalwa Works مع خدمات تنفيذ تشمل إعداد الحساب، إدخال BOQ، ضبط الأدوار، تجهيز سجل الموردين، قوالب التقارير، التدريب، وقبول التجربة. يجب أن يكون دخول الدعم إلى بيانات العميل محدودًا زمنيًا، وبموافقة العميل، ومسجلًا في سجل التدقيق.

الإلغاء والاسترداد

تخضع طلبات الإلغاء والاسترداد لـ سياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد المنشورة، والتي توضح إلغاء الاشتراك، حالات الاسترداد، حدود الأعمال المخصصة، مدة المراجعة، وآلية إعادة المبالغ المقبولة.

Controlled workflow-first pilot

Jalwa Works is offered for guided contractor workflow pilots: site updates, BOQ progress, supplier follow-up, internal payment-certificate records, reports, account roles, and implementation support. It is not positioned as broad self-serve production SaaS until the documented launch gates are closed or accepted for a specific customer.

Important boundaries

• Jalwa Works v1 is not a payment service provider and does not process or store card data itself.
• A secure checkout page may be used to collect Jalwa Works subscription fees only. Customer-supplier project payments, related refunds, and commercial disputes remain outside this flow.
• Internal IPC and invoice records are not certified ZATCA/Fatoora tax invoices.
• ZATCA production e-invoicing requires a separate certified-provider or Fatoora integration and legal/tax review.
• WhatsApp capture is workflow evidence unless and until an official WhatsApp Business API sender, opt-in, and approved templates are configured.
• Supplier and compliance packs are operating checklists, not government verification or legal advice.

Customer responsibilities

• Confirm which users may access each company, project, supplier, finance, and report module.
• Review data-processing, privacy, support-access, backup, restore, retention, and deletion terms before production data is entered.
• Review VAT, ZATCA, payment, procurement, labor, and construction-contract obligations with qualified advisors.
• Keep source contracts, approved invoices, tax records, and formal customer communications in the customer-controlled system of record until production integrations are approved.

Implementation and support

Jalwa Works can be delivered with implementation services: account setup, BOQ intake, role setup, supplier register preparation, report templates, onboarding, and pilot acceptance. Support access to customer data should be time-bounded, approved by the customer, and audit logged.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the published Cancellation and Refund Policy. The policy explains subscription cancellation, refund eligibility, custom implementation boundaries, review timelines, and how approved refunds are returned.
